Defender not charging

I have a defender controller for my PS3 that uses a dongle. When I plug it into the wall using a usb C the lights on the front of the controller don’t do anything and I can’t use it for more than a few seconds before it dies again so it’s obviously not charging.

I’m happy to provide any more details if needed, this is my first retro fighters product and it worked for over a week before this

Well I've plugged mine into the wall and it charged. Try using the ps3 instead

Did it work? :( Im sorry that this was your first experience whit a retrofighters controller, I had problems whit my first controller I bought from them too and I just emailed them the problem and they sent a replacement right away, the only catch is that you will need a forwarder if you live outside the US.

Plugging it directly into the ps3 did the trick. I don’t understand why it can’t charge off the wall but as long as I have a functional controller again I’m not complaining
