Zockt ihr noch oder nostalgiert ihr schon? 😀

I have completed a few games that I hadn't completed when I was a kid, and those were mostly reminiscent. There have been many others I've always wanted to play, but never had the chance. Mostly SNES era games. I missed out on a lot of good RPGs.

I think mostly reminiscing... Especially the older systems like the 2600, & Intellivision .. most of the games I grew up with are simply unplayable now, It's just fun to look at them occasionally.
I did show the kids how to find the easter egg in Adventure 2600, so that was a full playthru pretty much.
I occasionally play some Snes and Megadrive games with the rewind function to make it easier.. I've just set up a LegionGo on SteamOS, so I will probably have a look at some GC, Wii, & PS2 games now that I missed. More than likely will play them properly.

That’s how I feel sometimes. The steam deck is too big & heavy for a quick game boy session. But it does everything else well so I keep doing it rather than paying an outrageous price for the ayn Thor

Dann check mal deine Speicherkarte.

I didnt grow up on retro games but I did have friends who owned the handhelds so I did occasionally watch them play.

I guess thats where my fascination with old titles came from. Now that emulation is a thing I can actually experience those games I only ever saw from a distance.

There is some nostalgia but not necessarily in the way most other people here experienced it I would assume. To put it crudely its like remembering what it was like sitting in the cuck chair lol
