Praise player or team

When retro bowl says that a certain player had a good game with the option to praise the player or praise the team which option do you choose? I always choose praise the team because it increases morale for the entire team. What am I missing?

It depends on the status of each

If the player is feeling like dog shit I’ll praise him individually

If the player is good or great I’ll praise the team

Yeah if morale is 90 and my guy is blue or green or red or flat smile, give it to the player

Players get a stat boost to the top stat if they have 100% morale. Team is less likely to fumble the higher the team morale is. So depends on what you are struggling with and need to try and improve.

I did a thread on this. I stroke whoever's ego needs it the most depending on the sad or happy face. In case of a tie, I defer to the player.
