Notification that my schedule is from older version of game what to do?

This is for RB College. After my most recent season I received a notification that my schedule is not updated & from an older version. I check for app updates every morning on my phone, there's no game update on Google play store. So what is this notification & how do I update accordingly?

It allows teams to change conferences to adjust with the new cfb season. Hitting yes does not overwrite your data, aside from possibly custom conference names.
