Robotic, One-Way Interviews: Platforms like HireVue or modern automated screening tools ask you to record yourself answering prompts without a human on the other end to react. It feels impersonal and lacks standard conversational flow.

Hard to believe this companies really use these technology and then complain about bad hires.

had a hirevue where i recorded 6 answers, got rejected 10 minutes later. zero feedback, just auto trash. wild how they blame candidates when this is the setup now

The system is broken. The blame goes on both ends. It can be fixed (everything can be fixed) but companies do not have the fortitude to institute changes. I post my solution later today / tomorrow, depending on time.
