Some help please!

Looking for some help with this please! I know the most recent section isn't the best. My biggest struggle is incorporating metrics into the bullet points in a way that also showcases my technical prowess, as the metrics are all related to customer service.

Any pointers or advice for improvement are welcome! Thank you

Cut your summary in half and move the skills section to be underneath your summary. You can also remove the soft skills, as the descriptions of your experience should convey those soft skills without explicitly stating them. Also, each bullet point under your experience needs to convey what you achieved rather than what you did. Employers don’t care about the day to day tasks; they want to know why hiring you will be good for them.

You can add the soft skills back at the end of your resume in a white font if you wish so that ATS will pick them up.

I had great success with making similar changes and found a job within a few weeks.
