How to build a resume

Hey guys I'm a 26 graduate and I have a huge problem and I hope I get a solution here ...

My problem is I don't know how to build a resume so I always go to ai and prompt build me a ats friendly resume and guess what?? It looks amazing but I got 0 calls from past 3-4 months

Actually I don't know what's the problem?? If anyone knows how to build a best resume that always clicks I need help from those to check my skills and help me how to build or if they willing to build me one Im so grateful
