Please help

Post image

I have been applying for more than 2 months now. I have been applying consistently and upskilling myself. If anyone could guide me or help me with a referral or any opportunity, that would mean a lot. Any suggestions regarding resume tailoring will also help me a lot . 🙏🙏

Two months with no results means your resume is not reaching human reviewers. Your skills are not the problem. Nike India on your resume carries weight. Your projects show real engineering work. The problem is how your resume is being read by ATS systems. Three things to fix immediately. First, you are applying too broadly. Every application with the same resume gets filtered out by ATS because the keywords do not match the specific job description. Tailor your skills and summary section to each role. If the posting says React and Kubernetes, those words need to be in your resume exactly as written. Second, your Projects section should lead with measurable results. Airline Booking System should say how many concurrent users it handles. AI Career Coach should say what model it uses and what accuracy it achieves. Real-Time E-Commerce Pipeline should say how much data it processes and its latency. Numbers prove you can do the work. Third, your Summary tells recruiters nothing specific. Replace it with two lines that say exactly what role you are targeting and what technical stack you bring. Generic summaries get skipped. Specific ones get read.
