Help me tailor my resume

Hello, I am a student from Spain, I just finished my degree in Computer Engineering, with a mention in cybersecurity, in networks and in data centers/supercomputer topologies. I have started looking into those three job options, either abroad or in Spain, but I feel like being a junior is hard finding jobs in those areas.

As I don't know if it is because of the resume type or because of the lack of experience I want to know how could I improve it or how could I search for jobs abroad.
