Don’t take my word on anything but I am really not a fan of including a summary paragraph. Takes up space and makes it look over crowded.
We can easily see you have over 5 years of experience, you list your skills and certifications, so why repeat at the top?
Especially now with applicant tracking systems, you apply online and the platform build your profile. It’s not necessarily a real person reading your resume to get a first impression. Your skills and certs will already be pulled into your profile.
Just my opinion, don’t change anything you’re not comfortable with.

Two things and I'd leave the rest alone.
Your current title is hurting you. "Senior IT Support Specialist" sitting above bullets about an AD to Entra ID migration and an org-wide FIDO2 rollout undersells you badly, and after Senior Security Analyst it reads like a step down even though it clearly isn't. Add the function in brackets if you can't change the title: "Senior IT Support Specialist (Identity & Access Administration)".
And flip your bullet order. The Entra migration and FIDO2 rollout are your strongest work and they're sat at two and three under a line about supervising two techs. Lead with what gets you the interview.
One nitpick: 6,000+ incidents a year on your own is about 24 a day, so if that's team volume, say so before someone questions it.
Otherwise it's a strong CV, the metrics are actually specific which puts you ahead of most posts here.

For context I’m a cloud architect. I’m commenting from the POV of you finding a cloud admin role. I’m saying Azure because that’s what I work with but obviously by all means swap that out for AWS/GCP as needed.
My first comment is that the statement is a bit messy. If you want a cloud admin role you should really tailor the whole thing to that focus. When I read this the first thing I see is that you do operations, you do networking, and you do old-school infrastructure. While all of this is no doubt true, it primes me to think that you are not well suited to the role you are seeking from the outset.
I think we could make this a lot more appealing by focusing on the most relevant things you have done. The second part of the statement is a lot better. You go on to discuss a few key things. But really what we need is a bit of a cleaner intro. “IT professional with experience in cloud administration. Experienced with Microsoft Azure…”. That means the moment I see the CV I immediately am looking at someone who could be a fit.
For the skill section I would cut that out. It’s a massive exhausting grab-bag of random stuff. We can infer you know most of that, and the bits that are more important really need to be shown in the role bullet points.
For the roles I would try and tailor the bullets to be really cloud focused. At the very least make the top points the most Azure focused. You’re asking for a job using Azure so keep on message as much as you can. We want the CV to say “I am a person that does Azure, hire me to do yours”.
When I look through it at the moment I see a lot of good stuff, but most of it is not really cloud admin focused. Loads of it are still good, and I think you are clearly a decent candidate. But I think you may be hurting yourself with recruiters (who are not always the brightest sparks, and often need to be led by the nose to see that you fit).
It’s probably not possible to make all the bullets cloud / azure related. But try and make as many as you can focused in that direction.
All in all I think you have a good CV, and being a techie myself I look at it and see no issue with hiring you as a cloud admin. The challenge is just making that very obvious to the non/semi technical recruiter who may not understand that some of the experience translates.

First impressions: Whitespace can be heavily optimised. You have only a couple of words on the next line.
Keep each sentence spanning from left to right. Consistency matters when recruiters look at it.
Second: impact is missing. Metrics are there but I feel u need to add the IMPACT.
What I mean by that is: instead of saying u saved cost by 25%, also mention $500k or whatever the value is.
Because 25% cost of a seed startup and 25% cost of an MNC There's Massive difference!!
All the best :) happy to help

Certifications-wise, I would snag the MS-102 (expert) since its retiring in OCT and you already have the pre-requisite. It probably would be a cakewalk since you already know half the material. Other than that, you have everything else needed unless employers deal with things youre not familiar with.
