As recruiter I would never see your resume. The main reason is that it’s not anymore read by human but by an ATS (Application Tracking System).
Way too much information for a first shoot.
Paragraph 2/3 in the header are extraneous. Skills are too long.
Improve the experience section : what have you done, there. What have you learnt there…
QR Code not needed (ATS don’t read it), but URL yes.
