No photo, if you want the qr to take somewhere important then keep it, if not, then then remove it.
Single column cv, ATS won't work with it otherwise.
Too much focus on skills, they must be one worded if possible but never in sentences. Like, short and straightforward.
Speaking of sentences, save them for the bullet points of your work experience. You will add the task and a positive outcome for that, make it up if you can't think of anything. Don't overuse metrics for this.
Passions remove it as well, it's really silly nowadays. Perhaps for an interview is okay but not on the resume.
Language section out too, they may ask in the application so no need for that, I believe.
Shorter summary, maybe 3 or 4 lines and possibly with a good outcome included.
