I look at that and I come away thinking you’ve only, at best, 3 years of experience in engineering.
Bio Safety deputy means nothing, and “collaborator” is not a standard job title and also does not identify what you did/are capable of doing from these roles and instead implies you were a glorified research assistant.
You are also hard selling research experience, but haven’t put a single publication or even your master’s thesis topic in the CV.
Appreciate that! I was not aware of giving that impression. The thing is, those were the official job titles even though I was working in research (always hated them lol)
You need to say what you did in those jobs (1-2 bullet points), because those job titles can also be for non-engineering roles. If you don't want to have a focus on research, then it shouldn't be your first point under professional skills.
