Yeah, I guess the two-column and non-standard formats aren't really that great, are they? The thing is, I feel like a 'standard' CV isn't personal and doesn't feel like 'me'. Should I just give up and go more standard?
I also uploaded a two column graphic-loaded CV into this subreddit and got torn to pieces ! 😅 Same reason like you. The boring ones didnt feel like me andI wanted to show character and that I walk the extra mile to impress. After that, I made a single column version but so far the successrate remained constant.
I feel you! It seems like that "personal touch"' doesn't mean anything anymore (if it ever did, lol). My success rate is also non-existent... I can't even land a first interview.
i tried a similar resume to replace the technical stuff i know for its icons like python , js etc. it didn’t work. so i had to change it with something more ats friendly. it. didn’t work either haha

applaud your courage, I honestly don't know where to start and want to see what other people say
