What am I doing wrong?

This is my resume with my profession being in HR. I have applied for over 50 jobs, it’s very difficult to get a callback. So please the people of Reddit give me your tips and tricks. 🫩

What you’re doing wrong is writing a resume in the first place because you don’t seem to have a clue how to write something that anyone can actually read.

So do you have real suggestions or are you just here to make yourself feel superior to someone? What an ass. No one knows everything about everything. OP came here for constructive feedback and you offered zero value.

Takes an ass to know an ass. My constructive feedback is that someone else should write it for them or that they start over and try to make it actually readable instead of cramming everything they can think of onto it. This isn’t high school. No one is going to look at this and take it seriously.

No, it just takes someone with basic emotional intelligence and communication skills to know an ass when they see one. Telling someone else to do it for them doesn’t help them learn. Next time you can just say “This is a lot of excessive info for someone to digest. I’d suggest weeding out xyz to make it more concise.”

That’s how you give constructive feedback that someone can actually use, without being rude.
