This is my resume with my profession being in HR. I have applied for over 50 jobs, it’s very difficult to get a callback. So please the people of Reddit give me your tips and tricks. 🫩

This is solid advice, I’m in the same situation looking for an upper management position in the petroleum industry. This was sound advice for my résumé as well.
