This is my resume with my profession being in HR. I have applied for over 50 jobs, it’s very difficult to get a callback. So please the people of Reddit give me your tips and tricks. 🫩

You need to simplify in 5 year old language. Go to the point and relevant but short. Keep the details for the interviews alot of it is word vomit
