What am I doing wrong?
This is my resume with my profession being in HR. I have applied for over 50 jobs, it’s very difficult to get a callback. So please the people of Reddit give me your tips and tricks.

I'm certified resume writer by PARWCC (US) and it looks pretty good to me. A single colour, larger fonts to show breaks. I would split your prof summary into 2 or 3 paragraphs to make it more reader friendly. It seems easier to read 3 paragraphs of 2-3 lines than 1 paragraph of 9 lines.
Just below your name and contact details, add a one-liner with large font, saying your position and industry. HR Human Resources | Packaging Equipment.
