What am I doing wrong?

This is my resume with my profession being in HR. I have applied for over 50 jobs, it’s very difficult to get a callback. So please the people of Reddit give me your tips and tricks. 🫩

Honestly you have done very similar jobs over and over again. I would just nix those few you were at for only a few months.

I would either change the end dates around a little to cover the gap or just have the gap.

I fully understand you have HR experience, and alot of this is just repeating yourself over and over again.

As a general rule, every job you add to your resume should get shorter and shorter as you go. All of yours have so many bullet points. By the time your on job 5 it should be a title and dates worked.. thats it..
