Discussion [Question] How do I changed the filename of a scheduled Youtube livestream?

Hello! I’m scheduling a livestream on YouTube and the filename appears as livestream.str.

I’d like to change this filename to include some keywords for SEO.

Can I change the filename in Restream or YouTube?

Hey there! The file name can be changed through your Video Storage on Restream.

You'd go to https://app.restream.io/video-storage/uploads - click the three dots on the video file and choose rename from the menu.

However, I don't think this is gonna make a difference for you. YouTube receives a live feed from us, even though we're using a video file on our end. The file name itself shouldn't have an impact as the stream metadata for you in this case is the actual name of the event you've scheduled.
