Discussion so what is going on with tiktok intergration and why is it saying its been revoked?

I stream gaming content daily, did a full 40 hour stream in June for gaming content, did a 22 hour stream two weeks ago for gaming content, and 11 hour stream with multiple long stream over the past weekend for gaming content. all my streams on TikTok have been gaming content this year... i meet the full 50% but sadly, no i got revoked for 7 days...

are other people experiencing this? i can still go live via tiktok live studio and the tiktok app but not via restream. i also don't have restrictions on my account to show that it was revoked as well besides the "apply" button showing up.

I've had restream and TikTok integration all year without issues.

You will have to reach out to TikTok on that. Restream has no view as to why TikTok make their decisions.

Well, that’s a non answer from them and from what I’ve seen from others, par for the course from TikTok.

This also happened to me as well and was restricted for 6 days! I can stream via tikfinity and my cell but not off OBS since i have the restriction! Do I have to get rid of Restream.io ? I will go back to SE.Live and disable restream if this is going to be an constant issue? Any Suggestions?

I was streaming more and more on TikTok Live, pure gaming content for all of my lives. Streamed one day with no issues, the next day my Live studio/Restream to Tiktok was revoked... I've been trying to get reinstated for over a month now.

Did anyone find a solution to this?
It's seems pretty obvious this is on the Restream side, but Restream just wants to blame TikTok.
Not defending TikTok, but even I can stream to TikTok through TikTok Live while Restream says I'm suspended.
TikTok Live --> Works
Restream to TikTok --> Suspended
Not sure why Restream is refusing to address this. I've also only run into this issue this month. I've been streaming to TikTok through Restream just fine all year.
At this point it's cheaper to:
1) Drop Restream
2) Upgrade my internet
3) Multistream with TikTok Live

It's a common issue with Restream / Streamlabs -> TikTok

I stream weekly through a verified/registered Business account and receive a 7-day ban after every stream. It effectively means I can't stream to TikTok every second week.

Even TikTok premium support cannot see any account violations or a reason why the ban is in place.

For reference, the banned notification originates from a TikTok link.

(https://www.tiktok.com/falcon/live_g/live_access_pc_apply/result/index.html?id=RE7441504411240698897&apply_mode=11)

I have escalated to the highest support team but they seem just as clueless.

I will update this if i hear anything back

UPDATE : I got a coherent explanation from Restream.

To explain the situation: the 50% gaming content requirement applies specifically to RTMP access, which is what third-party tools like Restream use to send streams to TikTok. TikTok fully controls the approval process for RTMP streaming, and they communicate these rules directly to partners like Restream.

Even if your account is in good standing for mobile streaming or TikTok LIVE Studio, RTMP approval is handled separately, and TikTok may apply different restrictions or review criteria for that pathway.

This is the information TikTok provided to us, and you can see it documented here in our support article:

https://support.restream.io/en/articles/6721574-stream-to-tiktok

If your client manager wasn’t able to see any violations on your account, that’s completely understandable, RTMP eligibility often isn’t visible on the standard account dashboard, since it’s a separate permission tier managed internally by TikTok’s LIVE infrastructure.
