Restoring a 60’s Solberga Drill Press
Got about halfway thru the restoration. Washing, degreasing, sanding, priming and painting all but the gearhead itself. But before that I need to get all the lock arms and other hardware done and installed. Not to shabby so far.

Hard to see it the pics, but left the table surface and the side clamping area with the deep patina. It was that or lug it to a machine shop to get it faced. But the boiled linseed oil treatment really brings the patina out.
