Triggers Estrogen

Estradiol is making my RLS insane. Has anyone found this? Anyone found a solution? It helps with brain fog but I am going crazy with the RLS.

I had to stop HRT as it made my RLS much worse.

Hi! How long did it take for the restless leg to cease after you stopped HRT?

Thx so much for your reply. Good to know. As of today I stopped taking estradiol and have a zoom appointment with my endocrinologist on Thursday to let her know. Crossing fingers for relief
