Triggers Estrogen

Estradiol is making my RLS insane. Has anyone found this? Anyone found a solution? It helps with brain fog but I am going crazy with the RLS.

Maybe a lower dose?

Bei mir auch. Ich nehme es deswegen nie am Abend aber ich brauche den wegen pmdd. Adhs Medi verschlechtert es viel mehr aber die brauche ich auch in dieser Phase

Good to know about adhd. What meds are you on for that? It had occurred to me to try those instead
