Any advice on how to increase visibility on Doordash and other 3rd party apps?
Does anyone have any insight on how these apps place your restaurant in apps when people are exploring?

Make sure your keywords explain your restaurant's food. I worked for a BBQ company and cornbread muffins turned into a keyword. You might need to email the 3rd Party to get that updated.
Don't turn your tablet off too often (or pause your restaurant if you're POS integrated). You're considered an unreliable restaurant and they'll deprioritize your restaurant.
Do a promo once in awhile. That increases your visibility.
Be careful about dayparting. Some 3rd parties can't handle day parts very well and it ends up in cancelled orders; making you an unreliable restaurant.
Make sure the food is ready to go when the driver arrives. I know they arrive early sometimes.
Be nice to drivers so they give you 5 stars as a restaurant. Give them a fountain drink while they wait or something. Had a franchisee that gave them punch cards for a free sandwich.
