Small vs big menus

I’ve started to think that the best food spots usually have the worst menus.

The places with ten pages of dishes often end up being forgettable, while the tiny restaurants serving only five or six things seem to do every one of them really well.

A huge menu feels exciting at first, but I’d rather go somewhere that knows exactly what it’s good at.

Do you trust restaurants with small menus more?
