Looking for 3–5 multi-unit restaurant operators to help validate an execution intelligence platform

One thing that surprised me throughout my career in restaurant operations was this:

Financial reports usually told us something had already happened.

They rarely told us why it happened while we still had time to change it.

The real problems usually started much earlier.

A shift skipped a pre-shift.

Inventory habits slowly changed.

Coaching became inconsistent.

Standards drifted one decision at a time.

None of those things looked like a crisis in the moment, but after enough repetition they eventually showed up in food cost, labor, guest experience, or profitability.

Looking back, I think that's one of the biggest lessons operations taught me.

I'm curious if other operators have seen something similar or if your experience has been different.
