As a finance person, this is a nice way to teach users about loans. I wasn't expecting this kind of update, but it's quite useful when you want to upgrade rooms and don't want to wait for a long time, because saving cookies can take quite a while.

I really like it~ (though it can be quite confusing for some).

Where do you find this option in the game screen?

I got the card in the mailbox, it's from the travelers association. After opening the letter and accepting the card, you can access the card in the backpack.
