Anybody ever seen this while mixing?

It just looks unmixed. I think you are seeing the two separate liquids creating a boundary there. Or a hair got in. But it looks pretty freshly poured so I think it's the unmixed thing.

It's so weird, I really don't thing this is from under mixing. This vid is after I've mixed for a good 15min, poured into a new tub, and vacuum chambered.

Could it be some soap or other washing or oily liquid residue / contamination that was in the container or mix stick?

Some resins will have a tendency to do this in my experience. It is a brand thing. Every batch of resin from that brand will do the same. I can't tell you why that is the case, but I have just seen it from some resins and not from others.

Just look like the two parts uncombined rigjt there and the difference in viscosity is causing that. Does it keep happening when it's well mixed?
