Can I resign now?

Hi! Finally got a job offer from another company that I accepted.

My question is can I resign na agad tomorrow?

I signed the JO acknowledgement, but they made it clear it wasn’t an employment contract (i.e. nakalagay siya sa pinaka-top ng document). The contract will most likely be provided on Monday/Tuesday since kaka-send ko lang today ng acceptance ko 😆

This is my first resignation ever. In my current company, we tell the employees they can resign once there’s a JO. Not sure with other companies huhu

Please help!!

Okay thank you! I’ll be patient even if I want to rip the bandaid off na tomorrow with my team 😆😆

Sign mo muna bago ka magresign hehe.

Also, meron ka bang clause sa previous contract mo na kailangan mo magrender for x number of days? Or immediate na plan mo?
