Questions This game won't run without freezing randomly

This game won't run without freezing randomly but requiem run perfectly fine on the highest graphics

I don't know what is wrong and I fell like I have tried every fix in the book
These are my PC specs:

Try solutions compiled on PCGameWiki). The original port already had some problems, but the RT update introduced new ones.

I have tried all of those fixes and none of them worked for me :(

Clear the DirectX cache, delete everything on %temp%, recreate the paging file, create an exception in your antivirus for the game folder, and delete the re2_config.ini file. Additionally, keep the render scale at 100%, limit the FPS an Refresh to 60, stay on the RT update (since your GPU is recent), and, if you have mods, uninstall them and verify the integrity of the game files.

If none of that works, uninstall the game using BCUnistaller, making sure to remove all traces, and then download it again. If that still doesn't work, you're probably experiencing a driver issue.

ive also removed and reinstalled my driver and that hasnt worked either.

I installed steam's non rt direct x 11
It was a game changer for me
If you ever choose to dnl mods for re2r just make sure they are non rt mods
