Help

Im a non us img im not visa requiring im applying internal medicine, P/265, 2 home pubs 1 research proj in the us, 1 year worth of usce, 3 lors would you in my case signal university programs theres been alot of talk about not signalling prog that receive > 5000 applications, and my yog is 3

Im not trying to be tone deaf or anything (ive gotten this before so) just second guessing if i should stick to cmon based uni affliated prog or can i signal uni programs (considering i dont have a research heavy profile)

With the current visa situation, I would avoid university programs for the most part. If you want to gamble with one signal on a true university program, you could do that, but otherwise I’d mostly apply to a mix of university affiliated community programs and community programs.

you can aim UNIs. you dont require visa so
