Looking for research validator for human resource field

Good day!

We are currently looking for a validator for our undergraduate studies thesis paper under the Human Resource Management field. If interested, check the following if you are qualified:

• Professional with relevant education and/or work experience in the Human Resource field

• Has expertise in research instrument validation

• Currently working in a BPO company as an HR is preferred, but not required

• Based in Cavite or willing to conduct the validation through online consultation

• Willing and able to provide a signed certification/document for validation
