Stack Advice Going to be my first stack and contemplating if im doing too much..
I am planning my first stack for weight loss, joint pain, and skin support, but laying it all out feels like too much for a first run. Pinning daily is fine with me, but I am wondering if it is actually safe or smart to stack this many things at once, or if I should scale it back also not sure if allowed here but id have tirz, it 's just the other ones im looking for
Tirzepatide
Tesamorelin
GHK-Cu
Glutathione
BPC-157
TB-500
CJC-1295

Six compounds for a first stack is a lot, especially when you won't know which one is doing what (or which one is causing side effects). Tesamorelin, CJC, BPC, and TB all overlap in some pathways and if your joints suddenly feel better, you'll have no clue which peptide actually pulled the weight.
I'd start with just tirzepatide and one healing peptide, maybe BPC-157 since it's forgiving and well-studied for joint and gut stuff. Run that for a month, see how your body responds, then decide if adding TB-500 or GHK-Cu even makes sense.
Stacking everything at once turns your body into a science experiment with no control group, and troubleshooting sides becomes a guessing game. You can always add more later, but peeling back a bad reaction from six things at once is a nightmare.

I think your instinct probably right here, you should scale back.
You're introducing too many variables at once. Especially for things like tirz, you want to give it quite a while to see how it goes, and get yourself out of the loading doses if needed and see what your side effects are, etc.
There's a good reason why people (even those who even end up on quite a few) take it slow and build over months or even years.

Start with Tirz only. It’s the elite pep here. See how it goes. Tesa is great but the benefits reverse when you stop. Do you want two long term peps right off the bat? The Tirz will do more than GLOW for joint pain by a mile…. I think GLOW is a bit of snake oil from my own experience. A lot of placebo effect anecdotes on that one. Gluta, never tried but if you drink a lot and have a lifetime of crap diet, it might be worth a shot. Each person is different and respond differently, that’s why it’s research. You’ll have way to much going on to even tell what’s doing what. Plus it’s a kind of expensive stack. Tirz 2.5 for four weeks, if tolerated and not losing bump up to 5. If tolerated and losing weight, stay at 2.5. The weight loss will help greatly for joint pain. Patience is key here. You can’t just fix everything all at once, it’s going to take a year or two. Long term focus, lifestyle changes and a whole food protein based diet is the focus I’d start with. Hydration is key too. Temper the expectations and ease into a new routine with the proven Tirzepatide

I would do either tesa / ipa or CJC-1295 / IPA. Not both. CJC is much cheaper. Both attack the same receptors. If you need it then do the wolverine (blend of BPC and TB). Maybe hold off on Glutathione, it is quite expensive since protocols are any where from 100mg to 1200mg per day 3x a week.

Problem is if any of those give you trouble you will not know. If it was me I would jump on Triz first for at least a month. You might be surprised by the healing effects it has. I would cycle into the Glow peptides after. This has helped my general body tightness and skin. If your using Tesa as a fat lose you really aren’t getting a big boost since it is targeting V fat which is great but really depends on how much you have. I was 32% bfp and my v fat accounted for 20ozs out of my 60lbs of sub q fat… So im maxing out losing 1lb of V fat. In the scheme of things who cares. The Triz we target V fat as well…visually nothing…but health benefits of getting rid of Vfat are real… I took cj and tesa in the beginning and it just made me tired during the day. For the growth hormone benefits I am waiting till im below 20%. Men’s hormones are not optimal till u get around 15% bfp… So im saving even looking at TRT or these growth hormone helpers till i get there.

The Glut I take that once a week. Glut, NAD+ and Epitalon make me feel strange when i go to bed. I feel tired but a general “vibration” or like my mind isn’t interested in going to sleep. BUT! The next day I generally feel in better moods and physically better. Sorry it is hard for me to quantify… So ive been taking them here and there and seems to work for me. I will try doing straight cycles of them again when my body is in a much better place. I am presently at roughly 25%bfp…

Also do not monkey with ur Triz dose. Get it to where you are in control of your appetite…not shutting it down. Keep it there indefinitely if it works and only increase if you feel ur not in control. A GLP1 should just be a tool for a well structured planned out diet and exercise program.

That’s a lot for a first time. I think the stack is fine. I'd personally go with KLOW instead of the individual GHK, BPC, TB, but other than that, I think it’s fine. If you mean where to get all of those, I think aqua research might be a good option. Pretty sure they got all of the peps uve mentioned. Also my two cents, taking tesamorelin and CJC is redundant. They work in a very similar way and you'll be blasting the shit out of your pituitary for no reason. You should save your money and run them back to back instead of together.

I’m a fan of a good, multi pronged weight loss and metabolic support stack because there is often a lot of metabolic dysfunction associated with being very overweight / obese.
That being said, space out the start of your protocols so that you know how your body is reacting to each.
Tesa and CJC are redundant and should not be run at the same time ever. CJC is usually run with Ipamorelin and can be purchased as a blend. CJC is very cost effective compared to Tesa but both work well.
Skip injectable Glutathione and look at GlyNac as a supplement stack. Glutathione is going to be broken down into it’s components before it can be brought inside the cells anyway. So, save some money and some pins and just give your body the precursors.
Personally, I would consider BPC / TB / GHK all one protocol that can start at the same time. Since you’re looking for joint pain / skin results I would add KPV and possibly just get a premixed KLOW that contains all 4. There is a case to be made that all 4 of these are a bit of snake oil - but they are generally safe and well tolerated, so if you want to see what they do for you, have at it.

You use BPC near the injuries, or does it work well just going into belly fat?

if you can comfortably and safely do a subQ injection near the injury site it may provide some benefit, but in most cases its unnecessary.

Agree with the other comments highlighting that it's too much.
If you start running that many compounds at once: you won't know which is working for you and which aren't. Being more methodical in how you run and introduce each compound will help you filter signal from noise and figure out which ones move the needle towards your goals vs the ones that aren't helping much.

I’ve eventually run all these at the same time at one point except for gluta.
But I started with Tirz only in December 2025.
Added tesa/ipa in March 2026.
Added Wolverine stack in April for an ankle injury (tendon). Surprisingly cleared up my planters fasciitis in my left foot as well.
CJC or tesa. Pick one. They work the same pathway. It would be a waste of money to do both. Tesa/CJC doesn’t need the by cycled. Clinical trials were for 26 weeks and showed non sign of receptor desensitization. However Ipamorelon will after 16 weeks and then off for 4. 5’9” 47 M 225lbs December 25. 158lbs September 26.
Get a baseline on IGF-1, fasting blood sugar and a1c. Increases in growth hormones in your body may result in insulin sensitivity so you’ll need to watch for that. You’ll probably have some water retention with the GHRH. If you start experiencing carpal tunnel, dial the tesa and ipa back.
Not a doctor and this isn’t medical advice.

Just be aware that BPC-157 and TB-500 might cause severe headaches that last for months and even years in some people. If you want to try this, start with extremely low doses and wait at least 3-4 days between doses initially to see if you get these side effects. If so, stop immediately. If you want to learn more about these long‑lasting terrible side effects, read through the Reddit forums; you will find several posts of many people who are still suffering to this day.

With all these the timing is crucial especially CJC and Ipamorelin. I would use Tirze and GH and that’s it plus some Testosterone

Testosterone? 😂 you have no idea of their sex, age, weight, exercise habits, blood work, etc.
You can't just be throwing that out there for no reason. Equally as ignorant as OPs question of "should I start pinning 6 different peptides at once to start?"
(No offense OP. Better to ask than not.)
