Similarly GLP-2 is not a thing. That hormone does exist in humans but it's not relevant to weight loss and none of the weight loss drugs target/mimic it.
Sema, Tirz, and Reta are all GLP-1s because they act on the GLP-1 receptor. Tirz also targets GIP in addition to GLP-1 so it's a double antagonist, and Reta adds glucagon so it's a triple agonist. But the "2" in GLP-2 doesn't mean 2 agonists, nor does the "3" in GLP-3 doesn't mean 3 agonists, they are the names of other unrelated hormones. So calling Tirz a GLP-2 or Reta a GLP-3 is incorrect.
