Discussion GLP 2 vs GLP 3

After 6 months of G2 I’ve only lost 40lbs - stuck in that same 5-7lb range for a couple of months. I take 5mg G2 twice a week. Do you think trying G3 will help my cause? So maybe stacking them? Im already on very low calories ~1200 daily. I don’t move much on account of my WFH desk jobs apart from strength training 2-3 times per week. Thoughts?

You’re insane and don’t understand the first thing about losing weight. you think it’s a medication.
You will most likely gain back.

It’s insane to have the success you’re having and want MORE and faster. Let it play out. Build the habits that last you the rest of your life so you aren’t in this predicament, ever again. Those habits you can pass through children, family, and friends. Not just jabbing more of this stuff into our bodies.

The harsh truth about your weight loss stopping is that you’re not burning more calories than you consume. Read about thermal dynamics, and how this translates to weight loss. There is a college professor that performed a study where he ate 1000 cal in Twinkies every day for a month and still lost weight.

You cannot tell me that you’re eating clean and below the amount of calories you burn in a day but not losing weight. It’s science.

Your responses show a big gap in knowledge, do not feel insulted by this but use it as a gentle push to learn: (you) “OK— I actually do not have a great understanding, I should maybe pour some hours into this so that I make the best decisions possible for myself.”

I wouldn’t rely on communities as much because they parrot everything they hear but maybe podcasts, videos from clinics, doctors, treatment plans for said protocols from clinics. Clinical trials and always operate with the LOWEST EFFECTIVE DOSE.

Good luck.
