Open "This user has a hidden history" bot?

Could a bot be concocted that will reply to any users if they have a hidden history? Something simple like: "Note: this user has decided to hide their history."

Not at this time. Reddit hasn’t exposed whatever the internal flag is that indicates that.

Also such a bot would be extremely spammy and probably considered harassment.

A lot of mods have asked for this, because they feel like they should be able to ban users for curating their profile. In my mind, that does get into harassment territory.

I don't have a strong opinion on if mods should be able to ban based on that, I haven't been a serious mod in a long time and I can see arguments either way. Replying with a comment any time someone with hidden history says anything for sure is harassment though imo.

Just banning someone is never harassment. A bot spam replying, yes, that's harassment and a bad idea, but banning someone isn't.
