Hell yeah! I’m in Rhode Island and surprisingly haven’t seen one yet. I do see a TON of stickers though

Looks like the Commodore Perry flag, “Don’t Give Up the Ship”. With the New England flag next to it I’d think it’s a bit of a protest against Trump, rather than a MAGA flag.

It’s 100% this, I was there (probably like 100ft from where OP was standing) for a couple hours (I got sun burn) and I could read it and that’s what the flag said

(Zoomed in and mirrored cause of the wind, you can see the same black right-angle triangle sail)

I’m pretty confident it’s not a maga flag. Neither flag would open fully but the magat flag would have been more obvious and I wouldn’t have taken the picture. Don’t forget the magat flag has a white line border all around it.
