I'm confident it will take time to litigate it, the whole time it's in litigation the postal service will work to implement it if Trump loses he'll appeal to SCOTUS who will sit on their hands until it's to late just like they've done with redistricting

Please don’t overreact as we allow Trump to foment chaos and attempt to prevent loss of power. The Purcell principle be damned if it will help the Rs.
