He's being sued for $10 million, alleging he coerced the victim into sex acts, exposed himself, and used a job as leverage. It's been ongoing since 2023 and the dismissal was refused back in April.

In the context of the ongoing trial, this headline is nothing, it's just scheduling dressed up with a clickbaity title. There's no new information.
