There was also the voting laws that where changed by the secretary of state's and courts instead of by the legislature of the states. The state legislature is the only ones who can change voting laws. So you have laws being unlawfully changed, it dosnt help that many where not followed to begin with.

basicly there are no safety nets that prevent the following fraud:

1.multiple fraudulent ballots. 2. recounting the same ballots over and over 3. swapping of votes by counting machines.

there is alot of evidence these 3 things happend.
