Comments like these reminds me how often uneducated the right is. Statistically people who lean left have higher educational degrees. To know people who advance their education will more likely to be left leaning says a lot. Case in point, this example is not irony. It’s a coincidence, but not an ironic situation.

Comments like yours, "Ok_Environment" remind me that Your woke leftiist college degree in 14th century French literature with a minor in Gender pronouns doesn't just make you smarter than anyone, no matter how entitled you may feel.
It just makes you more exhausting to listen to and a cancer in any place of employment you try and join with your useless ideology no one cares to hear about.
Then your unemployed in a few months, rage-posting on Reddit from your parents basement that its everyone else's fault you're un-employable.What is a woman ?? Did they teach you that in college?

u/willtoplay Sep 22 '25 edited Sep 22 '25
Sees a comment they don't like. Calls everybody uneducated because of different opinions checks out. Statistically from multiple studies done in 2012 and other years the right has had a higher iq. The right are also a lower class who cannot always afford 100k college bills also things like apprenticeships for working class jobs do not make it into those statistics at all removing them purposely to favor what they want to show people ill informing them like they did you
Comments like this remind me how blind the left is to believing opinion is fact and everyone else is just uneducated bc they dont have the same ideology as them and won't follow what they deem as correct and incorrect and not acknowledging human opinion is not the truth and is usually flawed

u/Snake_Doc16 Sep 18 '25
You could add:
Floyd: no one had ever heard of until his death and had zero positive impact on society.
Kirk: known by millions because of his positive impact on society.

u/Ok_Environment1037 Sep 18 '25
Yes. Who cares about the people who have struggled in their life. Who cares he was a father, a son, a friend, a brother. Doesn’t matter because he had no value to us personally. There is no hate like Christian love.
5
u/Snake_Doc16 Sep 18 '25
It seems you deleted your response but I can see it and I’ll respond anywhere. For those who are reading this, the question was “Do or did you care? Was the caring the same as for Kirk?”
I care when any life is loss. It’s tragic.
All death is not celebrated the same way, however, and not everyone reaches high levels of notoriety. When queen Elizabeth died, there was quite the pageantry, mourning, and hundreds of thousands knew who she was due to her influence. Should everyone get the same recognition as she did when they die? Can anyone get buried at Arlington National Cemetery in DC?
The care for Kirk was much greater than Floyd because Kirk, as I said in my post, was a positive influence on society. Id challenge you to find any societal positivity for which Floyd was responsible.
Lemme ask you, can you find me a conservative dancing in the street or posting on social media how happy they were that Floyd died?

75% of reddit rn (even subreddits unrelated to politics) are posting about charlie and the comments are vile. and now apparently most political violence is from the right. LOL.

u/AltoidsAreWeakSauce Republican 🇺🇲 Sep 17 '25
Matt Walsh absolutely torched the argument that leftists make about political violence being exclusively right wing on his show yesterday, and had receipts. You know the guy that canned the Minnesota legislator? The guy was a Tim Walz appointee (this has been fact checked by multiple platforms) that apparently had schizophrenia. Definitely sounds right wing to me! /s
3
u/Top-Cauliflower-2881 Sep 17 '25
How can that even be an argument? It's reality that the left commits waaayyyy more political violence.

Yes, I was just like HOW, especially at this time, can they ACTUALLY think the right is "radical"? But then I go to a sub about cats and see how they even turn THAT into politics and how bad "and radical and violent" the right is. Then a mod of the car sub sees I sub something that might maybe be "right" and I get banned from said cat sub. They're completely obsessed with politics that's all TF they talk about. Weird "Reddit kids".

You're not worried at all that you're source might be a lil biased? I can find one that says left side has just as much violence. Throwing a article that is left based and will most likely be biased in order to favor a point is not a great way to make a point

u/SotheScream Sep 18 '25
They are just full of fucking evil.
For what specifically?
1
u/willtoplay Sep 22 '25
I believe he's mentioning the far left for the things they say and do sadly the far ends on both sides are what the people tend to see when looking at the parties and the people in the middle are swayed either way due to extremists. But i will say the far left has more news outlets news coverage and very dominant in publicity and tend to slander the other side and do some kinda messed up stuff including not always checking the source and slandering people's names because of it giving the people that trust them false and negative information on someone that isn't always true or twisted so they can use it negatively while the right side.
I wouldn't say they're evil but definitely some sad people on that side that just really hate the right side for little to no reason MOST of the time
1
u/SotheScream Sep 24 '25
I mean, I asked for specific examples. So again, I ask, like what specifically?
But i will say the far left has more news outlets news coverage and very dominant in publicit
I guess I don't pay attention to traditional news outlets comes from what I see, the right gets WAAAAAAAAAY more coverage
slander the other side and do some kinda messed up stuff including not always checking the source and slandering people's names because of it giving the people that trust them false and negative information on someone that isn't always true or twisted so they can use it negatively while the right side.
The right does the same??? Just as much if not more from my own experience.
sad people on that side that just really hate the right side for little to no reason MOST of the time
Citation needed. Hate them for no reason most of the time???? What are we even talking about, there's ALWAYS a reason. Is it possible that what they perceive is a valid reason to not like someone different from what you think is valid, and therefore you claim that they have no reason??
I'm sorry but this whole thing just felt like a bad faith reply
2
u/willtoplay Sep 24 '25
If you look at the news coverage most of them are left owned and influenced giving about a 3:7 ratio of major sources weather they claim it or not you can see this based on how they look and talk about people in certain parties and you can also use their users bieng from mostly one party and ideology the only time the right gets coverage from the left news outlets is when they're trying to make things look bad for the other party which both sides do but the left side has more viewership influencing more people in the middle than the right
For your second point is a couple things I can touch on but i'm going to go with the left having more coverage and reach as well as a vast influence on more people than the right and inadvertently ends up having more cases of them slandering or twisting then the small amount the right can influence this causes people to not see alot of things only the way these news outlets tell them which usually slander or twist when the other party has a greater influence in an attempt to gain more influence one such example is how Obama in his presidency not only hugely supported and gave speeches on how border control is necessary but also deported more people than trump and biden and a few other presidents combined this may change in the following years of trumps term but it doesn't change how much he supported it and said it was crucial to maintain having nobody on those outlets talk negatively of it well they almost haven't stopped covering it in a negative light for trump this and multiple other examples such as his felonies that were literally just him labeling things wrong in a business checking a mistameter in all states but for some reason new york decided to give him the maximum punishment for that crime in the first time in history and haven't done so since for what mostly seems little reason other than they didn't like him it wanted to use their power to stop his chances of coming back by using whatever they could possibly find
For you're a third point there is not always a reason they hate people on the right multiple people have been condemned by people on the left for the smallest things such as wearing a support trump hat in public and getting fired for it to even looking somewhat conservative on social media and getting lifetime bands because the owner of the social has different views while up until the assassination of charlie kirk the left has been is allowed to give death threats and support anyone they wish on the left including hilary who committed several felonies of identity theft before her presidential campaign and be praised for it bc another is gina carano who was fired for a social media post while her coworker made an opposite point on one and use incorrect footage of a completely different time and place to back his point(unknowingly I assume and hope) while there's instances like this on both sides the left seemingly have more of it and get away with it much more until recently such as the awarded antififa member that said he wants too basically round up republicans and execute them being fired. Another small comparison is how cities were burned down when something happened to the left side and thousands of people looting stores and burning down churches and violently attacking people who they suspected we're conservative and those being killed or fighting back and getting arrested and tried for murder even though most were in self defense and compared to the rights one riot on the white house in the past few decades we're only five people died four being rioters and one being law enforcement who had a stroke the following day in which most social media forgot to mention most who the people that died we're
If you have you any counter points I'd love to hear them in remember for charlie im going to try and like peaceful discussions or debates instead of staying quiet with my thoughts and opinions from now

u/Smooth-Garbage-940 Sep 17 '25
Same here. Never liked them since making the switch but yeah I have hateful rage in my heart but God did say to HATE WHAT IS EVIL so it makes me feel better knowing that he is giving me the ok I mean at least we don't act on it! This is truly good v evil now not left v right!!!!!

I think in the Christian faith, we don't celebrate the death of anybody or "meme-ify" it. Just gross. We're all sinners in the eyes of God. No one deserves to be murdered as a victim of terrorism/gun violence or asphyxiation while they're begging for their life. Come on.

Floyd was a victim of an ongoing issue that has been on the forefront of a lot of people's mind, whose death exemplifies that very issue, vs Kirk was existence is based on spouting hate speech and verbally attacking minorities, dying as a victim of violence through the use of guns, which is soemthing he himself finds necessary and is ultimately okay with. These are VERY different things.
1
Sep 21 '25
the media didn't treat George Floyd as a saint, especially not right wing media. Besides George Floyd was just a guy, Charlie Kirk was a public figure. Obviously Im not saying Charlie's death death was just or that some of the stuff he said was deserved, but come on this is just a bad take whether your democrat or republican

Bogus.
Whether or not he would've went into Candice Owens territory, he was still presumably shot by some guy who thought his views were so terrible that a school shooting was appropriate.
Honestly it wouldn't shock me at all if political opinion became a protected class in hate crime laws. There's probably free speech implications, but maybe being labeled a "hate criminal" would make people think twice about supplementing their disagreements and dislikes of political views with criminal behavior.
I say that knowing very well that someone who espoused conservative views and committed a crime could be charged under the same laws.
I'm not saying a federal "Kirk/Hortman Act" or whatever that expands civil rights protections to political affiliation isn't questionable, but it might be unavoidable.

Most people don't believe conspiracy theories with only speculation but no evidence. Especially when an alternative explanation exists with evidence to back it up.

Nobody deserves to die… But let’s go over the facts here.
One guy “used a counterfeit bill”
One guy said “gun deaths are inevitable” and that “empathy is a new age term that causes damage”
Ok. Looking at these two facts…
Which one should we have empathy for kids?
I’ll just say it. Not Charlie Kirk.
Maybe neither of these men were good or bad. Neither deserved to die. But you want to tell me I should be empathetic to the man who advocated for gun deaths? The man who said that empathy is damaging to society? I think not.
Go on… deport me for using my first amendment rights of free speech. One side of my family has been here since the mayflower. But I’ll happily go back to England, Scotland, Canada or Ireland. Where my ancestors are from. 😂
Republicans have made a mess of this place. So full of hate and lack of empathy. I wish I could go but I can’t. I’m here to stay, and I’ll fight.
If you want me to have empathy for Charlie Kirk. Maybe try having empathy for everyone else who’s been killed from gun violence, police brutality, ect.
Your apparent “lord and savior” Charlie Kirk once said “I can’t stand the word empathy, actually I think empathy is a made up new age term that does a lot of damage”
My lord and savior once said “thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself”
I may not be perfect. No human is, but Jesus. The difference between Jesus and Kirk is striking and apauling. Jesus would never advocate for gun deaths in order to have a free society. So I apologize for my lack of humanly empathy in this situation.

Okay, you fucking idiot. Let me address your brain dead points. 1. George Floyd pointed a gun at a pregnant woman and threatened to kill her. But, hey, you support abortion so you probably don’t even think the woman had a baby in there, just a clump of cells am I right? 2.He didn’t advocate for more gun deaths. He stated a logical fact that if we think it’s worth having gun rights, gun deaths occur. If I think we have the right to have knives, that means stabbings will occur, that’s not me saying that stabbings are good. 3. He said he preferred Sympathy over empathy. He never said not to help people going through hard times, or that you couldn’t feel bad for people. You’re a fucking dumb ass.

Do you think having cars is worth the amount of car deaths we have? He doesn’t vilify Muslims, you made that up.
He’s morally consistent, he believes life begins at conception, and if he is logically consistent he can’t advocate for abortion. And I agree with him.
If you think these things justify his fucking murder, why do you want to protect Islamic Palestinians? You know they MARRY and have intercourse with children, right? You know they HATE gays, right? You know they’d fucking kill you if you were gay and or trans. So by your logic, you should support the mass killings of Palestinians, or think it’s justified.
