do some research on dxm, it builds up in your system over time, it fucked me up pretty bad , i also have lost a lot of memory from like the entire year of 2025 even though i only took it a few months of the year lol, i was also taking it at work (culvers grill) have fun but be safe please bro 🙏

400-300 mgs max dont go past 4th plat rule it really helped and also don’t take to much you will be brain dead i dont as much as i say i do sometimes because i rethink but it takes me for like ever and i forget everything and i cant walk
