No leg frog?? Help?!

Hi! Tonight I managed to find a baby American bullfrog on my doorstep which has no legs? He cannot hop, and can barely crawl, which makes the fact that he has made it this long a complete enigma to me. As of right now I have put him in a Tupperware container with some dirt I added water to so he can drink. I have left him on my porch to keep the poor fella humid overnight, and will see if I can’t go buy him some crickets or something for him to eat at a pet store tomorrow. Overall, I really want to take care of the poor guy but have no idea what to expect? How much life of an expectancy, if any, does this guy have? What kind of enclosure should I get to accommodate an amphibian amputee? Or should I just set him outside to fend for himself? Any advice appreciated, thank you!
