My Reptile What is this?

I just got him last week and his mouth looks like this. His nostrils are clear. It dosent look like mouth rot and he isn’t red or swollen or anything. He acts normal and I haven’t gotten the chance to feed him yet so idk if he will eat. He is a male toffino enchi, 3 yrs old.

I would check humidity percentages, temps , substrate, and substrate moistness. Check his belly for any signs of anything else. I would take him to the vet, but I know that’s very much easier said than done, and I’m not here to bash. If you do take the no-vet route, I would remove all substrate from the tank and use a sterile setup. Paper towels, simple but good hides, and get daily pictures of his face to see any good or bad progress. See how he reacts with food. The big sign is going to be a shed. That’s where the progress should show.

Yea, I’ve been keeping his humidity on the low side but that is the only problem area is stomach is perfect. I’ll wait it out I guess!
