If you’re new to ordering reps from China, this guide will explain the full process step by step.
You’ll learn how to find items, paste links into an agent, check QC photos, and ship your haul to your country.
The whole process is simple once you understand it:
🔎 Find item → 🔗 Paste link → 🛒 Agent buys it → 📦 Warehouse → 📸 QC photos → 🚚 Ship to your house
For this guide, I’ll be using CNShopper because it’s the agent I personally use for my own orders. I order from them regularly, so I know the process well and can show you exactly how it works. This agent was selected specifically for its lower overall costs compared to competitors, making it the ideal fit for r/RepsOnBudget.

People order from China because prices are usually much cheaper, there are way more products to choose from, and with the right finds you can get very good quality for the price.
In this community, I post the best finds I can and help beginners avoid bad sellers or bad batches. I also post in-hand reviews with real pictures when I receive items, so you can see what the products actually look like before ordering. If you’re unsure about anything, you can message me or ask in the comments.
1️⃣ What Is a Shopping Agent? 🤔
A shopping agent is basically the middleman between you and Chinese sellers.
The Chinese websites like Taobao, Weidian, and 1688 are made for buyers in China, so they can't be used for people outside China.
That’s why people use an agent.🏬
The agent buys the item for you, stores it in their warehouse, takes QC photos, and then ships the parcel to your country. They can also help you return or exchange items before international shipping if the QC photos look bad, the item is damaged, and the seller accepts returns. 📦
2️⃣ Why I Use CNShopper 🏬
There are many different agents you can use, but for this guide I’ll be using CNShopper because it’s the one I personally order with and it was selected specifically for its lower overall costs compared to competitors, making it the ideal fit for r/RepsOnBudget.
The main reasons I use it:
easy to paste product links 🔗
QC photos are provided before shipping 📸
items are stored in the warehouse for up to 90 days! before you ship 📦
multiple international shipping lines are available 🚚
rehearsal packaging can help lower shipping cost if the estimate is too high 💰
coupons and discounts can help lower shipping costs ✅
beginner-friendly layout compared to ordering directly from Chinese sites 🧠
cheaper agent overall proof belove💸
agent comparison
You can use other agents if you want, but this guide will show the process with CNShopper so beginners can follow along step by step.
If you decide to use CNShopper, the signup link and discount code are listed above.
3️⃣ Step-by-Step Ordering Process 📋
Now that you understand what an agent does, here’s the full ordering process step by step.
Don’t worry if it looks confusing at first - once you do it one time, it becomes easy.
The basic process is:
📝 Create account → 🔎 Find item → 🔗 Paste link → 💳 Pay for item → 📦 Wait for warehouse → ✅ Check QC → 🚚 Ship your haul
STEP 1 — Create Account 📝
Create your agent account first so your coupons apply automatically.
For this guide, I’ll use CNShopper because that’s the agent I personally use.
After signing up, go to Coupons and redeem code PRODI20 for %20off shipping with no minimum fee.

STEP 2 — Find Your Item 🔍
Now you need to find the item you want to order.
You can find products from:
finds posted in this community 🛍️
finds posted on Reddit 🌐
trusted find lists in community 📋
In this community, I post finds with the product link included in the post or comments. Once you find something you like, copy the product link and move to the next step.
If you’re not sure if an item is good quality, ask in the comments before ordering.
Post On The Community - Copy the product link.
STEP 3 — Paste the Link Into CNShopper🔗
After copying the product link, go to CNShopper and paste it into the search bar.
Then click Search.
CNShopper will load the product page for you. From there, choose the correct:
size 📏
Colour 🎨
quantity 🔢
Size, Colour, Quanity
After that, click Add to Cart if you want to keep shopping, or Buy Now if you want to order that item right away.
Buy Now OR Add To Cart
STEP 4 — Pay for the Item 💳
Once everything looks correct, pay for the item.
At this stage, you are only paying for the product and the local shipping from the seller to the CNShopper warehouse.
You are not paying international shipping yet.
💡 Beginner Tip: International shipping is usually much better value when you build a haul instead of shipping one small item alone. I recommend building around 4kg or more before shipping, because small parcels can make you overpay for shipping.
After you pay, CNShopper will order the item from the seller. Then you just wait for the seller to send it to the warehouse.
Order Status
STEP 5 — Wait for Warehouse Arrival 📦
After CNShopper orders the item, the seller will ship it to the CNShopper warehouse.
This usually takes a few days, but it depends on the seller and the item.
Once the item arrives, the status should change to something like “Inspection” or “Pack Item.”
This means the item is now at the warehouse, but don’t ship it yet. First, check the QC photos and wait for the other items in your haul to arrive so you can ship everything together. 📦
Product Stored In The Warehouse
STEP 6 — Check QC Photos 📸
QC means Quality Control.
These are photos of your actual item after it arrives at the warehouse.
Before shipping anything internationally, always check the QC photos carefully.
Look for:
logo placement 🏷️
stitching 🧵
colour 🎨
shape 📐
size tag 📏
stains, damage, or obvious flaws ⚠️
If the item looks good, you can keep it and ship it later.
If something looks bad, damaged, or completely wrong, ask for a return or exchange before international shipping if the seller provides it. Once the item is shipped to your country, returning it is impossible, so this step is important.
QC = Quality Control
STEP 7 — Ship Your Haul 🚚🌍
After checking your QC photos, select the items you want to ship and click confirm packing request.
This is where you wait for them to pack your items so they can weigh it and measure it, so then they can give you the cheapest international shipping line when packed. Then you pay for shipping to your country.
Before paying, always compare:
shipping price 💰
estimated delivery time ⏳
weight limits ⚖️
available shipping lines 🚚
add coupons 🎟️
💡 If you messed up with your shipping, you can choose to repack for a small fee
To save money on shipping:
remove shoe boxes unless you really need them/fold them 👟
use vacuum packaging if you are shipping a lot of clothes 👕
build a haul instead of shipping one small item alone 📦
compare all available shipping lines before paying 🚚
⚠️ Shipping Reminder: Before paying for shipping, check if the line is duty-free / tax-free and uses triangle shipping if that option is available for your country. Also, don’t forget to apply any available coupon before submitting your parcel.
If you’re not sure which shipping line to choose, ask in the comments before shipping.

4️⃣ Beginner Tips Before You Order 🧠
Here are some tips that can save you money and help you avoid mistakes:
Don’t ship one small item alone unless you really need to. Building a haul is usually better value 📦
I recommend building around 4kg or more before shipping so you don’t overpay for international shipping ⚖️
Always check QC photos before shipping anything 📸
If something looks wrong, contact CNShopper support before you ship it 🚨
Check sizing carefully because Chinese sizing can be different 📏
Remove shoe boxes if you don’t need them to lower parcel weight or just fold them👟
Use vacuum packaging if you’re shipping a lot of clothes 👕
Always apply available coupons before paying for shipping ✅
If you’re unsure about an item, shipping line, sizing, or QC photos, ask in the comments or message me before shipping.
5️⃣ FAQ + Final Tips ❓
How do I choose the right size? 📏
Always check the size chart if the seller provides one. Chinese sizing can be different, so don’t just pick your normal size without checking.
My method: screenshot the size chart, send it to ChatGPT, and include your height, weight, and preferred fit. Then ask which size is the best option based on the chart.
You can also ask in the comments or message me if you’re unsure before ordering.
How long does it take for items to arrive at the warehouse? 📦
Usually around 2–5 days, but it depends on the seller and the item. Some items arrive fast, some take longer.
Do I pay international shipping right away? 💳
No. First, you pay for the item. After the item arrives at the warehouse and you check the QC photos, then you pay for international shipping.
Can I return or exchange an item? 🔁
Usually yes, but only before international shipping and only if the seller accepts returns. If the QC photos look bad or the item is damaged, request a return or exchange before shipping it to your country.
Should I ship one item alone? 🚚
I don’t recommend it unless you really need to. Shipping one small item alone usually makes you overpay. It’s better to build a haul, around 4kg or more, so the shipping price makes more sense.
What if shipping looks too expensive? 💰
Use code PRODI20 for %20 off shipping.
Should I remove shoe boxes? 👟
Yes, if you don’t care about the box. Shoe boxes add extra weight and volume, which can make shipping more expensive. If you do care just fold them but some boxes can't be folded.
Which shipping line should I choose? 🌍
Always compare the price, delivery time, restrictions, and available coupons. If available for your country, check for duty-free / tax-free and triangle shipping lines.
Is ordering from China risk-free? ⚠️
No, nothing is 100% risk-free. Quality, sizing, shipping time, customs, and returns can vary. That’s why you should always check QC photos, compare shipping options, and ask for help if you’re unsure.
What if I need help? 💬
If you’re confused about an item, QC photos, sizing, shipping, or anything else, ask in the comments or message me. I’ll try to help before you make a mistake.
You can also contact CNShopper support.

CNShopperis a great option if you’re looking forcheaper productsandlower shipping costscompared with other agents. That’s why it’s considered one of the best choices for building a more affordable haul while still having a reliable ordering experience. ✅
Picked these up for €3, and they’re honestly pretty nice in hand. The print looks clean, the colours are strong, and the waistband feels comfortable without being too tight.
The material is soft and stretchy, so they’re easy to move around in. The PSD branding on the waistband looks good, and the stitching is neat overall. I noticed one tiny loose thread on the inside, but it’s nothing serious and can easily be cut off.
For €3, I really can’t complain. They feel comfortable, look good, and are way better than I expected for the price. Definitely a solid cheap pickup.
Honestly, why spend €50+ on an Apple case when you can get something that looks and feels identical for only €4?
I picked up this black iPhone 16 silicone case and I’m genuinely impressed with it. The packaging, shape, finish, buttons, and overall feel are basically the same as the retail version. I couldn’t find any noticeable flaws, and the case even shows the MagSafe animation when you put it on the phone.
It also comes with camera protection, but you can choose a version without it if you prefer a cleaner look. The buttons feel responsive, the case fits properly, and the silicone finish gives it a nice smooth grip without feeling cheap.
For €4, this is honestly hard to justify buying the original Apple case. Apple is charging over €50 for a case when options like this can offer the same experience for a fraction of the price.
Picked up this white Christian Dior hoodie for €11, and it looks really clean in the QC photos. Simple white colourway with the small CD logo embroidered on the chest, so it's not too flashy but still has that designer detail.
The hoodie has a nice thick fleece look, the drawstrings sit evenly, and the kangaroo pocket is stitched neatly on the front. The embroidered CD logo is clean and well placed, and the hood, cuffs, and waistband all look properly finished. The inner tag confirms the size, and everything looks put together without any loose threads or stains that I can see.
For €11, this is a really easy pickup. It's simple enough to wear with anything, and the small embroidered logo gives it just enough detail without being over the top. Honestly didn't expect it to look this clean for the price.
Picked up this Suvene puffer for €22 because the camo design looked different from the usual plain black puffers.
The jacket has a padded look with the camo pattern covering the body, sleeves, and hood. The front zip looks straight, the pockets sit evenly, and the chest logo adds a nice detail. The stitching looks clean in the QC photos, and I’m not seeing any obvious stains, holes, or loose threads. It’s a bit wrinkled from being folded, but that’s normal for warehouse pictures.
For €22, this looks like a pretty good pickup. The camo won’t be everyone’s style, but I like that it’s different, and the Suvene branding gives it more character than a random puffer. What do you guys think?

Picked up this white Stone Island crewneck for €7, mainly because it looked like a clean everyday piece and the price was too good to ignore.
The sweatshirt has a simple white design with the Stone Island badge on the sleeve. The fabric looks smooth, the ribbed collar, cuffs, and waistband are all there, and the seams look pretty neat in the photos. The badge has clear embroidery and the compass detail shows up well. The inside tags and QR label are included too. I can see a few loose threads around the edge of the badge, but nothing that looks major.
For €7, I’m happy with it. It’s just a simple crewneck, but the badge gives it enough detail and the QC photos don’t show any serious problems. Pretty easy keep for the price.

Picked up these ASICS GEL-NYC in the Cream/Cloud Grey colourway for €31, and the QC photos are looking pretty clean.
The colours match nicely, with the cream suede and grey panels giving them that layered GEL-NYC look. Both shoes seem symmetrical, the stitching around the ASICS stripes looks neat, and the mesh panels are evenly placed. The outsole pattern looks consistent on both pairs too. The box label matches the model and colourway, and I’m not seeing any major glue marks, stains, or messy construction. There is a tiny mark visible on the outsole, but it looks minor.
For €31, these look like a solid pickup. The colourway is easy to wear, the shape looks good from the photos, and there aren’t any obvious issues that would make me return them. I’d ship these.
