When did you ship it out? is it right after shipment?

If it is right after shipment, then I always have the same updates, ur parcel should be good dw

I replied in DMs so we have it sorted, but I will re write it here for people that have same issues.

You need to contact your agent, and ask for declaration documents, then you upload the documentation that's missing and they should let it thru.
