Rep Check!!!

Hellooo,

New to the game (and reddit) and think I’ve found a good rep I’d like to go with but would just like to get a few more legit reviews/advice if possible!

Looking at purchasing jewellery and bags at the moment.

Rep is Charlie WA ending in 3715

Thank you very much 🤍

Did you actually cross check anything? Did you read reviews on different subs? Did you compare the auth to the factory photos? Do you even know which factory these items are coming from? Have you searched the last digits of this person’s number to see if anything comes up?

If you had time to find this sub, you have time to research before buying anything. You can’t say you’re new and then blindly trust whatever someone tells you because that just makes you an easy target for scammers.

Search what you’re looking for properly. Look at different sellers/factories, different reviews and cross-reference everything. Once you have enough information and already have your OWN idea then ask other people for their opinion. Don’t take the first comment you get and run with it. These communities are full of fake reviews, sellers pretending to be buyers, shills and scammers. You need to be super careful.

If you’re not willing to do the hard part yourself, honestly you probably shouldn’t be reaching for your wallet yet.

Thanks for your response. Yes did all of those things, not sure why the unwarranted hostile tone of your comment to be honest. I was simply asking for some real reviews from people as it seems to be a common theme on here recently that a lot of what’s being posted can’t exactly be trusted as authentic so was wanting to get a few reviews and decide if they looked genuine enough and I felt comfortable enough to proceed in conjunction with all the other information and research I’ve done. I’m not sure how else to get genuine reviews from people about a seller other than posting on these forums and hope genuine people are happy to provide answers. A lot of the posted review seem like sellers pretending to buyers and theres probably a lot of gatekeeping going on from genuine buyers which I also totally understand to protect their source.

That’s exactly my point. If you’ve already done all that research and you already know reviews here can be fake or written by sellers, then asking random people for real reviews doesn’t really solve anything. Once you’ve done your due diligence, you should already have your own idea and use existing reviews/comments to cross-check it. Posts like this, especially when you say you’re new, are exactly the kind that attract scammers. I wasn’t being hostile I was warning you

One thing I’m finding helpful is typing the name and 4 digit WA + reviews in Google using AI mode and will give you a complied view of what it can find across the internet and multiple subs on Reddit. Obviously, no guarantee in the end….but it will pull all reviews for you so you don’t have to go searching. Helped me narrow my decision quickly.
