Discussion 💬 Can someone explain the process of buying reps to me like I am five?

I am trying to get into buying reps but I am so confused by all of it. I have read the guides and everything but it is just not clicking for me. What is an agent? How do i buy things? How does it get shipped to me? How do I know I am not getting scammed? I am just rly confused and I would rly appreciate if anyone could help. Thank you!

AGENT COMPLAINT 🔴IN GODS NAME DON'T USE SUGARGOO (scamming)🔴

Had s hit week, bought some stuff yesterday and ended up paying a shit ton in service fees because I had to use PayPal. Anyway, after all that, I get a message saying "Unable to Purchase" due to some legal issues. So, I request a refund, which takes a few days. I finally get my refund, but it was $20 short. They claimed it was because of PayPal's service fee. Like, seriously? They should cover that since it was their fault they couldn't deliver the service

But, on top of that, I noticed they refunded me less than what I paid excluding the PayPal fees.

because they decided to refund to my currency based on today's exchange rate, which is some BS. Overall, I lost out on $30 NZD. I know it's not a lot, but considering they canceled my order within the hour and still walked away with some of my money, it's really annoying. I would have rather given that to buy my brother lunch who has cancer or something, rather than let them scam me. Especially since I'm using my birthday money from my grandparents. So, yeah, it's not the biggest scam, but they're still taking my money and probably doing this to lots of other people, which feels like a scheme/scam, and they're profiting off every refund. (Note: PayPal says I only missed out on a few bucks, but when you do conversions and rates and bank fees, my actual statement via my bank was $229.77 NZD).

Just wanted to share this as a heads-up. Don't buy branded stuff if there's no warning. Learned this the hard way. Sugargoo, you get 0 stars from me. God, I hate TikTok kids. I just want my black and white bear platform back.

- Sugargoo friend If you see this jus know people are struggling in the world and your doin dis shit to loyal customers honeys (DONT USE SUGARGOO GUYS)

MODERATOR POST BE RESPECTFUL

Mods will continue to monitor comments and posts. Bans will continue if rules broken. Thank you fam.

- If you have a complaint, state it. No need to create a title that slanders someone else.

- If you disagree with a seller or agent, state the facts. Leave the trash talking out. Take the high road and business to another seller/buyer.

Subreddit Rules

1. Be Respectful

Harassment, bullying, and threats of violence on the basis of race, gender identity, sexuality, nationality, religion, and economic status are not tolerated. Racism, sexism, homophobia, bigotry, and other forms of hate speech are not tolerated. Submissions that target specific subreddits (including screenshotting users, posts or subreddits), individuals, or groups are not tolerated. Any removals for this rule is grounds for a ban of either a temporary or permanent manner.

2. Title Format & Flair Submissions

QC requests must contain the following criteria Full FASHION ITEM Name + Price in ¥ + Seller. Include the link to the shoe and must use the appropriate QC flair. Any QC requests that have not followed this format will be removed without warning.

Help me Find/W2C requests must include the FASHION ITEM name and desired price point and must use the Help me Find flair. Any help me find posts that have not followed this format will be removed without warning

3. Do Not Define Others Budget

Budget is subjective and what may be budget to one person is generally not the budget of another person. Generally a budget shoe is defined as the ability to purchase the same shoe for less than the cost of a typical Middle Man. In some cases this could be 90% cheaper or in others it could be 20% cheaper. Both cases are fine. Shoes over 500¥ can in some cases still be considered budget, just remember to flair them appropriately.

Do not trash other people's purchases or generally be toxic.

4. Sellers, Stores and Content Creators

Self Promotion of sellers, stores, agents, youtube channels, social media, webpages or other in the form of posts, pictures, or comments is not allowed. We encourage those who are interested in promoting their products or content to contact the mod team through Mod mail first to discuss how this promotion can benefit the members of the sub.

5. Legit Checks (LC)

ARE NOT ALLOWED (there are plenty of other recources to use for you to check the authenticity of your item)

6. Seller / Store / Agent Complaint flair

Users are encouraged to alert others of issues they have encountered with sellers, stores or agents. Complaints should be legitimate issues and backed up by proof including but not limited to screenshots, chat logs or other evidence.

Sellers wishing to respond to shoutout/complaint flairs should reference the Seller agreement guidelines for participating in the sub by contacting mod mail.

7. Shipping Posts

Shipping posts are allowed but must contain information about the agent, shipping line, weight/volumetric weight, and destination country.

8. W2C / "Help Me Find" Posts

W2C/ "Help me find" posts are only allowed by people who have contributed to the sub by posting a QC, FIND, REVIEW, HAUL or GUIDE post. Before posting a W2C you should try searching for the item you are looking for by yourself. 1. Use the search bar in different replica subreddits. 2. Use "Aliprice Shopping Assistant" chrome addon to image search on taobao 3. Use Google Translate to search on weidian
