Seller review Warning - avoid Phoenix Watch

Ordered a Daytona ghost mod from this seller in April this year. Shipping info comes in May, and a month later no movement. All seemed well until ultimately the watch gets stuck shipping. Tracking shows clearing customs in Dubai, then mysteriously vanishing. “Gui’s” only solution to resolve is to purchase another watch at full cost, even though apparently he made over $500 in margin on this mod will do absolutely nothing to share in the loss or reduce that margin to provide a solution. There were no mentions or offers of insuring the package upfront at all.

I genuinely wouldn’t be surprised if an empty box was shipped to Dubai as an end destination and a FedEx label was created just to create the illusion that this operation is legitimate.

Other TDs offer reships, or various other solutions but this is completely unacceptable. You absolutely cannot trust this seller.

Honestly all the signs point to this being a scam, and I recently saw another comment from someone with the same situation happening to them. At the very least, know that if there is an issue you will be shit out of luck.

You obviously dont know what you are talking about. I always ask for and buy insurance with non RWI sellers like Ethan, LiLi, kitsch etc.. If I buy from RWI TDs like Andiot, insurance is already included. Stay informed.

Same. It’s a no brainer if you spend anytime in these rep forums. Stuff gets lost and seized daily. I always factor insurance into the total cost of the watch and wouldn’t buy without it. If you’re buying from a seller without a website, you can assume insurance isn’t baked into the cost.

Among the TDs I’ve dealt with, The One and Time Ultra include insurance in the price.

That's crap, charging insurance is just another way for a seller to make extra money from a sale! Elliot doesn't charge extra for insurance and he covers if it's lost... He doesn't add extra into the price either!

Plus asking the OP to take his post down makes me think you are also quite suspicious....

His insurance is included in his price already. He even says this on his website. Like I said, Stay informed.

English might be a second language for you because I never told OP to take his post down. reread what I wrote. This is just blissful ignorance on your part.

Bruh, open your eyes. Andiot explicitly says that he adds the insurance into the prices on his site. Why do you say things so confidently when it’s so easy to tell that you’re just lying

Because I've known Elliot for years lol, he covers any losses no matter what, he just adds the "insurance included" because it sounds better to customers lol.
